RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. No returns or exchanges due to change of mind will be accepted.

2. Returns or exchanges are applicable only if you have received a damaged/defective product or products which you did not order. Please do not remove any tag or take the product out from the original packaging.

3. The following goods are exempted from returns:

• Digital Goods (Eg. Digital gift cards and e-vouchers)

4. Please contact our Customer Service team here with your order ID and the type of assistance required. We will revert within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Defects:
• Applicable only within 30 days from date of purchase
• Products must be with original packaging

Incorrectly received products:
• Applicable only within 14 days from date of purchase
• Products must be with original packaging
• Products must be unused.

Missing products:
• Applicable only within 14 days from date of purchase
